Tried to sell the house this year, but assholes on the roof, wanted a free ride. Had the contract signed and ready to close, then the agent, wanted to check on the solar panels on the roof. Found a company, Spruse Powers, that bought the files. Found out, that I had terminated the solar company, and their lease. So the solar company was out of the picture. This real estate agent, got them to stop the sale. To place a midterm, to the last guy, and put my data on it. 

Wanted to turn a termination into a transfer, that comes with a financial form, the UCC codes, Ucc 3, Ucc 2, Ucc 1, that comes with a $30,000 price tag. So the house is still pending, and they, Spruce Powers, is waiting for me to sign. First cold day in hell, in a nutshell, this whole affair is leaving me sick, mental, with issues with my health, and issues with teeth. Just Saying.Love me, Hate me., it really doesn't matter, but what does matter is that u can't ignore me...!! 5 years later, they do not have a legal leg to stand on. House is going into a living trust, land trust, and a LLC, then a corporation.
